Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree and one (1) year of appropriate experience or must have a Master’s
Degree by the employee’s start date.

Hiring Range: $43,000 – $45,000
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions for
problem-solving.
Demonstrated skill assessing academic difficulties, developing appropriate remedies, and evaluating and assessing
effectiveness of student support intervention.
Exceptional interpersonal and human relations skills.
Knowledge of the
methodologies used to enhance student achievement.
