Fairbanks, Alaska, Overview This position conducts activity programs that promote residents physical, social, mental, and intellectual wellbeing and independence as governed by state, federal, and accrediting regulatory agencies. This position transports residents to off-site activities. Responsibilities Conducts individual and group activity programs and special events as directed by Coordinator or Director. Assists in providing adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment for programs and events. Documents resident participation and responses. Provides input for activity plans to accommodate resident changes.
Transports residents to off-site events. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day. Qualifications Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy. Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have good interpersonal communications and human relation skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Activities/recreational experience. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
