FTE: 1. 0, Shift: Day, Schedule: D Position Summary The Administrative Fellowship position will learn about system-wide hospital and ambulatory administration through a variety of projects in operations, strategy, finance, etc. This is generally a 12 month, full-time, temporary position with benefits. The Fellow will be offered opportunities to observe leadership at various levels within the entire health system, to include observing and participating in Executive Team meetings and discussions. The executive mentor for the Fellow may change each year. Requirements Master’s degree —typically a MHA, MBA, MPH or MSN; Graduate students whose program requires a fellowship prior to graduation will also be considered; Coursework must be completed before the start of the fellowship Minimum six (6) months prior experience in a hospital setting preferred (e.
