Schedule:   Full-Time The role you’ll contribute: The Intermediate Imaging Administrator of Enterprise Imaging Systems is responsible providing day-to-day mid-level support for AdventHealth System PACS applications and hospital end users. Advance Imaging Break Fix issues via ServiceNow ticketing (70% of job responsibilities). Primary focus will be on hitting service level agreement metrics, customer call back stats and overall customer satisfaction score. Minimum time is needed for issue resolutions, due to the intermediate team members increased knowledge base.   Provide daily guidance / mentorship to Associate Administrators in relation to day to day task, assignments and ticket request.

Backup Sub-Specialty software skillset ownership. This includes being the owner of at least one Enterprise Imaging application from top to bottom, and also being the back owner of at least two other applications. From documentation, upgrades, implementations and subject matter expert. Working closely with the Senior Administrator of Enterprise Imaging Systems, the Intermediate Administrator will assist on following up on task, issues and other problems that need assistance beyond what the Associated Administrators can provide. Participates in learning/training opportunities related to Imaging System that will allow the Intermediate Administrator to grow and develop and become and more well-rounded team member. These learning opportunities can be internal or external. The learning is complete with presentations, documentation, follow up and continual learning. Can also support the Senior Administrators with training/presentation opportunities. Document completed tasks for ongoing projects as well as issues and their resolution from the daily customer ticket system. Complete daily and weekly updates as required. Attend bi-weekly team meetings. Provide feedback when presented with the opportunity to report on their respective facility.

Provides intermediate level and day-to-day support for the Enterprise Imaging Systems to include, but not limited to, the following clinical, non-clinical applications and hardware solutions Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: 3 years’ healthcare IT experience or radiology experience Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) – to be obtained within six months of entering this position Radiologic Technologist (R. T. ), Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR) or equivalent preferred Demonstrate an advanced level of understanding in clinical information systems, with preference for knowledge of the AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic imaging, Nuance and Epic EMR vendor systems. Collaborates successfully with hospital administrators, radiology staff and other personnel. Intermediate knowledge of Healthcare IT Project Management and Implementations. Required to assist Senior Administrators throughout project planning/implementation cycles Intermediate knowledge of Healthcare IT software/hardware administration, which is to be used to better research resolutions and collaborate with other IT teams on difficult tasks. Intermediate knowledge of Radiology PACS Systems, which entails being able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner before escalation is required by Senior or Supervisorial Imaging leadership. As well as being able to monitor system performance.
