Advanced Practical Registered Nurse Hospice PRN

End of Life Care required. ·       Experience : End of life care required. Hospice Medicare Conditions of participation required. End stage diagnosis and Medicare criteria required. Hospice experience preferred. ·       Certificates and Licenses Required : Clear/Active Florida APRN license required.

  American Health Association – Basic Life Support certification required. FL Driver License and auto insurance required. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Certification is preferred.
