Responsibilities:

Sales management covering Petrochemical & Energy Sector for the products and solutions of the EAD (Electrification, Automation & Digitalization) Business Unit.

  • Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for creating leads/ opportunities and generating Sales Orders in the Oil & Gas
  • Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
  • Actively approach EPC customer for business opportunity development.
  • Closely cooperate with technical teams to prepare the technical proposal.
  • Optimize our solution to meet the customer expectations.
  • Make technical and sales presentations to customer’s technical staff and senior management.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment.
  • Develop Leads and Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding.
  • Manage key End User technical relationships and successfully build relationships with the business development / account team, partners and customers.
  • Coordinate projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet Customer satisfaction and due dates following the processes formulated by Siemens Energy.
  • Achieve Quarterly & Yearly assigned order intake and sales pipeline development targets.
  • Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
  • Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.
  • Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
  • May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

The Profile:

  • You have a Master degree in the field of electrification/automation.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in O&G and/or sales of solutions.
  • Total of 5+ years of solution sales experience with customers in the O&G & Energy sectors
  • Mainly focusing on Industrial Automation solutions
  • Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plans
  • Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Good Spoken & Written English and French.
  • Ability to travel all around the country.
  • Valid Driving License with driving experience.
