Description:
This position assists in the administration of internal and external course and shelf exams. The role is part time
with variable days and hours.
Essential Functions
- Proctor a variety of course exams, including but not limited
to:Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 course exams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board
Exams - Assist student with IPad resets
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials,test logs, and other
test documents - Must be vigilant – able to pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating;able to administer Assessment
Department rules - Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testing
- Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to
assist in student discipline process - Return testing materials to the appropriate instructors ,agencies, or other colleges as
required - Work with students who have need of special accommodations
Qualifications
- Skills typically
acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent - Requires familiarity and comfort using Apple IPad and iOS
software
