The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is looking for an F&B attendant/Section Waiter to join the Signature Restaurant team on a Full-Time/Part-Time basis.

JOB SUMMARY

Our F&B attendant/Section Waiter has:

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred
• A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.
• Excellent service skills
• Be a dedicated team player.
• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and all hotel areas
• Have an in-depth knowledge of menu and restaurant offering
• Eager to Learn
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
• Help in opening and closure procedure
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
