The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is looking for a Head Waiter to join the Signature Restaurant team on a Full-Time/Part-Time basis.

The Ritz-Carlton Head Bartender is a visible, energetic, and ethical leader who develops, maintains and promotes a leadership philosophy that culminates in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Supporting in delivering an elevated daily Food & Beverage operation and business performance, this role works closely with the senior leadership team to deliver departmental goals and uphold guest satisfaction.

Our Head Waiter has:

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
• Previous experience as head waiter in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred, RSA required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent service skills
• Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
• Be a dedicated team player.
• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and all hotel areas
• Have an in-depth knowledge of menu and restaurant offering
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
• Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
