Summary of Job Duties:
Oversee the overall day to day operations of the ticketing department
from the daily sales to scheduling staff for daytime and evening operations. The Box Office Manager will ensure a hospitable, smooth and
efficient operation. Responsible for programming and monitoring the University Tickets ticketing system, tracking daily sales and deposits,
ticket account management and fulfillment, supervise and direct staff. This role is highly visible and interacts with sponsors, vendors,
clients, students, faculty and Fine Arts Departments and Centers.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential
job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with
others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or
equivalencies - At least one year of live events operations or box office work
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience operating an online ticket sales system; finance reporting; and experience in customer
relations
