In your daily job, yo u play a key role in creating new opportunities with a best-in-class software sales team through collaborative account planning. As we bring a groundbreaking, highly complex platform to the market, you will lead our efforts to drive targeted engagements with senior executives and technical leaders to inspire them around our vision of the emerging API economy. Fluency in German and English is mandatory requirement for this role.
There are four core goals and responsibilities in this role to help train, equip, and prepare you for advancement:
- Align with and directly support a team of Account Executives in:
- Lead generation/prospecting – Conducting research, modifying and identifying net-new prospective customers
- Researching targeted companies and providing full packages of information sufficient to enable accurate cold and warm calls to book appointments
- Determining key decision-makers within the account and creating new contacts in our CRM
- Gathering other strategic insights using market data and industry intelligence to improve the quality and knowledge of accounts
- Manage incoming leads
- Develop a foundational knowledge of the MuleSoft platform and capabilities
