FTE: : 1, Shift: : Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Capital Equipment Planning Associate is an exciting opportunity supporting equipment planning standards and business plans for the purchase/lease of capital equipment, fixtures and furnishings for capital construction projects and routine capital needs. In this role you will coordinate projects, equipment and logistics to meet capital service requirements at MultiCare Health System. Responsibilities You will develop and maintain equipment planning standards, as well as related standards for fixtures and furnishings, in collaboration with operational owners You will work with clinical key stakeholders on standardization of supplies and capital equipment; maintains equipment list You will coordinate equipment requests for proposal (RFPs) with capital services manager to obtain competitive and accurate pricing on new and used equipment Requirements Bachelorâs degree Procurement certification Minimum five (5) years of experience procuring and sourcing equipment Experience in Capital Equipment procurement and Project Planning Experience in managing multiple complex projects concurrently Experience standardizing complex and disparate processes Healthcare experience preferred Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we’ll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, MultiCare shares a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $75,254. 00 and the pay scale is $75,254. 00 – $108,285. 00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
