Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist, Heart Center, Full-Time, Days, Baptist Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Florida, Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to our Heart Center at Baptist Jacksonville located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time, day shift opportunity working four, 10-hour days from 6:30am – 5:00pm, on call 1 night per week and every 4th weekend. The RCIS must be obtained within 12 months of hire. 
 
*We are offering a sign-on bonus of $15,000, if hired*
 
This position does require call. This Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging and procedures. These images and procedures include tests cardiovascular systems of patients for diagnostic purposes. This Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist may also conduct or assist in catherizations, pulmonary functions, and lung capacities. 
 
As a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist you will be responsible for: 

Prepares Cath Lab for acceptance of cardiac patients.
Performs technical duties including scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring and recording of diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac cath, PTCA, stent, atherectomy, peripherals.
Performs technical duties such as scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring and recording.
Assists with monitoring and care of patient as directed.
