FTE: 1. 0 Shift: Day Schedule: Day Position Summary The Centralized Call Center Associate I (CCCA-I) answers incoming phone calls in a centralized setting from patients, family members or physicians offices related to routine scheduling for the Primary Care Physician (PCP) needs or matters. The incumbent uses an electronic system (Epic) to schedule appointments and facilitate communication to and from the clinic in accordance with established protocols. The CCA I is the first level of a 3-tiered job family typically assigned responsibility to support primary care clinics. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, plus the ability to problem solve within the scope of the positions responsibilities. As required by various pay transparency laws, MultiCare shares a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $17. 18 and the pay scale is $17. 18 – $24. 72 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
