Parsippany/NJ/USA, Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant I for the Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care in Parisppany NJ. Our entry level CMA offers start at $21. 10 / hour and increase based upon experience. Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities: The CMA will perform clinical as well as administrative tasks including managing phones, registering patients, verifying all insurance, rooming patients with EPIC, vital signs, phlebotomy, assisting physicians with biopsies, medication reconciliation, verifying medical and surgical history and maintaining exam room supplies. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma required Minimum Experience: Post graduate CMA experience preferred EPIC EMR experience a plus. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physician schedule essential License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required travel between AHS sites.
