Richland, Washington, Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) Director in Richland, WA.

We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) Director to lead a clinic supporting Department of Energy workers in Richland, WA.

The role of COHN will involve supervisory responsibilities for the nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of nursing supervisory experience in a similar occupational health setting. Knowledge of accreditation standards, risk management principles, quality improvement processes, and experience leading a clinical element supporting accreditation achievement is highly desirable.
The COHN should be a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) with at least a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Possessing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a relevant field such as MBA, MS-Business, or MPH is also desirable.
It is essential for candidates to have completed American Heart Association (AHA) training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). These certifications should be maintained and kept current at all times.
