Charity People are delighted to be working with a charity that works to improve the standard of medical practice, their members benefit from a fuller understanding of medical practice, across the spectrum of diagnosis and treatment. They collaborate impartially with their members and external parties from across the medical industry, refining the latest research and guidelines.
Membership Operations Officer
6-month temporary role
Part-time 0.8 FTE (28 hours) – over 4 or 5 days
Hybrid working – 1 to 2 days per week in the London office
Hourly pay: £22.64 – £23.84 plus holiday pay (Equivalent to full time annual salary of £41,211 – £43,381)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join the Membership Operations team as a Membership Operations Officer on a six-month temporary basis. Working part-time in both the office and remotely, you will be responsible for the delivery of key membership activities, including reporting and analysis, the management of the Direct Debit process, supporting key events and the management of budgets.
We are looking for applicants with:
– Experience of membership systems and procedures
– Experience of using CRM database
– Experience of delivering exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders
– Advanced level of Excel and writing reports
– Experience of managing the full Direct Debit process
– Effective oral and written communication skills
– Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to work collaboratively
– Clear and analytical thinker
– Self-starter, confident to initiate and progress work
– Management and responsibility for budgets
Your primary responsibilities will be the production of regular membership reports which will be presented to senior management and council at different stages. You will also be responsible for the management of the Direct Debit process for collection of subscription fees, supporting key events and the management of budgets. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to providing a professional customer service to colleagues, members and stakeholders.
