Charity People has partnered with a global leading charity, who are dedicated to make a lasting impact in the fight against poverty. They are on the search for their next New Partnership Manager to continue to drive high-impact partnerships and cultivate relationships with valuable partners.

Salary: £34,098 – £41,676 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Oxford /London (Hybrid working, with a requirement to attend the office twice a month)

25 days of annual leave per year plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service)

About the Role:
As the New Partnerships Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop impactful relationships with leading companies and brands, securing vital funding for the Charity’s poverty-fighting initiatives worldwide. Collaborating closely with experts, programme staff, and our leadership team, you’ll forge mutually beneficial partnerships that make a difference.
What we’re looking for is someone who possesses a successful track record in securing significant partnerships, in corporate fundraising field, sales, or corporate social responsibility in the private sector. You’ll bring exceptional relationship-building skills, project management expertise, and outstanding communication abilities.
About you:
You will be passionate about the Charity’s mission to end poverty, along with your alignment with our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion, will be integral to your success in this role.
In this role, we’ll need you to bring:
- Experience in developing and securing six and seven-figure partnerships in a commercial or charity setting.
- A proactive and strategic mind-set, with the ability to generate new initiatives and drive business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering inspiring presentations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication abilities, enabling you to create persuasive proposals and reports.
- Proficient negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a keen understanding of individuals’ and organizations’ needs and values.
