Location:  New Orleans, LA

Summary
The
College Completion Coach will support 50-70 Cowen Hybrid College students through graduation. This position coaches and advocates for
working adults with the Cowen Institute. Work could range from shaping student culture to training future staff to collaborating on data
tracking systems. The College Completion Coach will work closely with the Enrollment Team and Enrollment Manager, Hybrid College Program,
and will report to the Program Director.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
– Ability to work with, low-income students and first
generation college students from a wide range of backgrounds and ages.

takes attitude” in terms of meeting goals and the needs of students. 
– Ability to interact and build relationships with a range of
people from diverse backgrounds. 
– Willingness and ability to work some weekend and evening hours.

Required Education and/or Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred
Qualifications:

– Four years of professional experience working in a related field. 

– Experience building program or
systems from scratch. 
– Experience successfully coaching people towards long-term goals.

This position is a exempt, salaried
