Scope of Job:
Provide guidance and support to students seeking assistance with
certification exams.

Description of Duties:
Schedule tutoring sessions and provide tutoring to individual students and
student groups.
Provide assistance and customer service to students and staff who come into the office.
Send and respond to emails
as needed.
Maintain records of tutoring sessions, to include tracking and progress monitoring of students.
Assist with preparing
PowerPoint and other resources geared at test preparation.
Assist with student test data collection and organization.
Collaborate
with staff as needed to ensure student success.
Work with technology platforms/applications used in the Teacher Education Program.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies,
Fine Arts, or in Physical Education/Health.

Licenses/Certifications:
Teacher
Certification in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Fine Arts, or in Physical Education/Health.

Required
Experience:
Experience in tutoring/teaching students in a traditional environment in one of the following subjects: English Language
Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Fine Arts, or in Physical Education/Health.
Experience in tutoring/teaching students in a
virtual setting. Ability to navigate through computer programs such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Demonstrates excellent communication
skills. Adheres to deadlines. Works well with other colleagues and team members.
