The Position

This position delivers a wide range of student
services to those entering the college with a focus on increasing enrollment & retention of economically disadvantaged, historically
underrepresented and/or underserved student populations. The position will work to enhance organizational relationships through the delivery
of intrusive on-boarding and assistance related to the admissions and enrollment process to prospective students and their
families.

What You Will Do

1. Serves as a primary enrollment agent and source of information to potential
students, families and community partners from economically disadvantaged, historically underrepresented and/or underserved populations;
provides strategic assistance to high school and non-traditional students preparing to enter the college environment.

2. Positively
represents the college at on- and off-campus recruitment events to maximize exposure and increase leads; delivers presentations and campus
tours in both English and Spanish, as requested.

3. Utilizes excellent customer service skills to assist students with various areas
of the enrollment process including Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Advising, and Payment gateways in both English and
Spanish.

4. Develops, implements and assesses recruitment materials campaigns with a focus on increasing leads and market share of
economically disadvantaged, historically underrepresented and/or underserved populations.  

5. Serves as primary collaborator in
other areas of enrollment services including College Pathways, early college, partnerships, as needed.

6. Develops and analyzes
reports to measure effectiveness of community partnerships and recruitment events makes recommendations that will lead to increased leads,
applications and enrollments; works to establish new partnerships with organizations that will yield additional student
recruitment. 

7. Participates in training programs in all student service areas and attends commencement ceremonies, registration
days and other student events as directed.

8. Uses CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate databases, aligns and tracks
communications and assists with the enhancement of enrollment campaigns.

9. Presents recommendations for programs, campaigns or
projects that would stimulate interest in the college by identifying trends and interests of potential students based on generational,
demographic and cultural filters. 

10. Related projects and duties as assigned.

The Successful Candidate Must
Have

1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. Bilingual in English and Spanish

3. At least two years of experience in
education, enrollment, admissions, or marketing requiring excellent customer service, communication, relationship-building and
organizational skills.

4. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

5. Demonstrated proficiency in the
use of Microsoft Office Suite and a relational database system; ability to create standard and new reports with limited oversight; prior
experience with websites and online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

1. One year experience using Ellucian Colleague,
Ellucian Recruit or other CRM System

2. Two or more years
of experience advising students at the college level
