Shift : Monday-Friday Job Location : Hybrid – 3 days at the office The role you’ll contribute: As Consumer Innovation Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your strategic thinking and leadership skills to analyze business opportunities, solve problems, create consumer centric products & experiences, and present recommendations to senior leadership to influence change and impact the future direction of AdventHealth. You will lead a team embracing a “consumer first” mentality to design, solution, and manage innovative products and services that deliver value. The skills and experience required for success in this role are strong execution with cross- functional team collaboration, strategic innovation, exceptional communication, a working knowledge of human centered design, and the ability to lead teams and define new products and services. Knowledge of product definition combined with communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how consumer experiences are designed, deployed, and managed across AdventHealth. The value you’ll bring to the team: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Identify and prioritize areas of opportunity to improve the interaction and engagement between consumers and AdventHealth at various connection points · Organize, motivate, and lead a team to define and deliver coherent, consistent, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for Consumers and care teams across all interaction points and digital channels · Develop business cases for consumer projects by collaborating with stakeholders to align and refine business case inputsand models to determine points of value · Ensure consumer strategies have defined, measurable, and value-based milestones aligned to co-developed OKRs.
· Oversee and participate in proof-of-concepts, prototypes and pilots of emerging technologies that may be leveraged to improve the Consumer experience · Derive opportunities through a data-driven analysis and decision process; synthesize insights based on consumer insights, market research, behavior analytics, and AdventHealth strategic priorities. · Define and develop Readiness criteria to launch newly developed products & experience across all AdventHealth markets including creation of strategic playbook, success metrics, and points of value. · Collaborate with leaders as part of a matrixed organization to integrate the goals of diverse stakeholders and develop the right digital framework for consumer experience that clearly ties strategy and business goals of every initiative to · consumer touchpoints and journeys · Analyze ‘build’ vs. ‘buy/partner’ considerations for new and novel digital capabilities and oversee design and deployment of internally developed or externally sourced solutions · Deep knowledge of digital technologies, with an eye toward the continual change in Consumer technology, including but not limited to wearables, screen-less UI, artificially intelligent bots and voice recognition · Research best-in-class consumer experiences and industry best practices, pain points, and lessons · Manage ongoing stakeholder and team communication and engagement on needs, opportunities, priorities, roadmaps, and impact. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED: • Desire to innovate relentlessly with a passion for emerging technology and the creative energy to understand how to apply that to solve Consumer challenges within a complex ecosystem • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices • Understanding of digital business, value drivers, and fiscal management of large-scale, complex product lines/verticals and/or projects • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at the senior most executive levels of a company • Strong presentation skills, particularly the ability to tell a story with data and research • Significant and demonstrable experience in leading teams/organizations in bringing high quality products and experiences to market EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelors 3+ years experience working in product management, preferably in a senior leadership role, or a related field delivering digital experiences EDUCATION PREFERRED: • MBA or equivalent, preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
