Phoenix, Arizona, Position Summary This position performs specialized services with respect to all aspects of Phoenix Children’s contract administration, including contract lifecycle management, system-wide contract database, and other administrative aspects of the organization’s contracting process. Develops and maintains, in conjunction with the Legal Department’s attorneys, contract templates, process workflows, and other internal contracting resources. Performs a variety of administrative functions for the Legal Department to provide efficient, effective, and customer service focused operations. Education Associate`s Degree (Required) Bachelor`s Degree (Preferred) Experience Three years contract management or similar administrative or project management experience. (Required) Five years contract management experience. (Preferred) Special Skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. (Required) Experience with Symplr/MediTract TractManager Solution or similar contract management database system. (Required)
