Salary Range: $43,000.00/annual

Job Summary

Looking for an independently motivated, team-player to represent and support Henderson Community College in the community, that will
work closely with Advancement, Public Relations and Human Resources promoting a diverse student body and staff/faculty. Will serve as the
campus disability services coordinator and supports student recruitment.

Job Duties:
* Represents Henderson
Community College at community events
* Works with civic, professional, and business groups
* Supports Henderson Community College’s
Diversity plan
* Co-chairs the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging committee
* Facilitates diversity, equity, inclusion, and
belonging efforts on campus
* Collaborates with Advancement and Public Relations Offices on outreach initiatives
* Collaborates with
Human Resources staff and employee recruitment
* Serves as campus disability services coordinator
* Supports student recruitment
*
Supervises part-time Hispanic/Latino Outreach Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree
*
Experience working with students or adults from diverse backgrounds including
underprepared, low-income, and underrepresented
populations

Additional Skills Requested:
* Excellent interpersonal, writing, and customer service skills
*
Ability to plan, organize and implement events and day-to-day operations/duties
* Demonstrates and facilitates a team spirit in
department and community
