Schedule: Days Shift: Full Time, Varied shifts Monday to Sunday Location: 601 EAST ROLLINS STREET, Orlando, 32803 The community you’ll be caring for: Faith based & mission driven organization Central Florida’s premier multi-specialty medical group Comprehensive Employee Benefits such as Educational Reimbursement CREATION Health employee wellness and lifestyle programs Positive working climate to support a work life balance You Will Be Responsible For: Monitors the AdventHealth Linen Order inbox, retrieves e-mails, reviews and verifies linen orders provided by customers and establishes input priorities when entering them into linen software application. Ensures the accuracy of the data entered when creating linen orders and pays attention to details by double-checking and proofreading entries. Works with external customers to clarify linen orders discrepancies and/or issues. Contacts customers via e-mail or phone to verify customers’ shipping locations, delivery dates and times or any other item requiring clarification. Oversees and verifies monthly Laundry reports for invoicing and Laundry records using the appropriate linen management software.
Ensures specific Laundry reports and invoices are sent to hospital departments as required in a timely manner. Utilizes available linen software application to produce historical data upon customers and/or management requests. Qualifications What You Will Need: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Good problem-solving skills, ability to follow directions and take instructions Two years of Office, clerical, or customer service experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred) Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for retrieving incoming linen orders and entering them into the Laundryâ™s linen software application in a timely manner. Prepares daily pick tickets, delivery routes and production forms for the Laundry team. Reviews fact-check and processes customersâ™ monthly invoices identifying unpaid invoices and notifying the appropriate parties. The Data Entry Clerk must engage with all department employees and encourage an atmosphere of trust and respect.
