Position Overview:
The role is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and ensuring the right execution online, with the objective of increasing the incidence of Coca-Cola beverages in the Grocery digital channels. The role will support the development of Business Plans to achieve short-term and long-term results. Accountable for P&L and promotional calendar, needs an active role in aligning and implementing the plan with multiple stakeholders nationally.
Job profile / Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospect and manage relationship with digital commerce partners, such as Food Aggregators ( Cornershop , Rappi ) , pure players (Amazon) , and the digital team from Key Accounts / e-retailers (Walmart.com, Chedraui.com).
- Accountable for all commercial strategy and negotiation of partnership’s agreements and contracts.
- Manage key customer relationships to collaborative on building the activation calendar by briefing marketing for brand/communications needs while co-developing customer plans with bottlers and customer.
- Lead the digital channel strategy, defining the right portfolio and price positioning according to each business model. Use the Right Execution Index to ensure the corr ect channel execution and development.
- Development and implementation of plans with the bottler’s team to increase the incidence of Coca-Cola beverages in digital channels and achieve business targets (NSR, GMV, SOV targets) .
- Define the promotional calendar, incentives , and commercial activities.
- Develop Digital Capabilities such as ICE, Digital Shelf, One Source of Truth (Data), Digital Bottler Certification . Follow up on orders and analysis of various process, quality and performance indicators ( eg CTR, ROAS, SOV, GMV, Clicks, Impressions)
- Collaborates with KOS ystem network to speed-up the commercial and execution strategies in the digital market.
- Develop deep understanding of key customer /Consumer needs and requirements to prepare customized solutions .
- Always challenges current end-to-end business reality and brings alternative ways of creating and capturing digital value.
- High level of influence and peer relationship with multi-functional teams local and regional (bottler, sales, trade, KA)
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience within the CPG or e-commerce industry
- Strong experience in the commercial area and P&L management
- Experience with digital channels / e-commerce or leading innovation projects . Recommended experience developing platforms such as Amazon, Rappi , Cornershop .
- Strong ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- People Management skills
- Languages: Spanish and English
