Boise, Idaho, Overview St. Luke’s Health System seeks a Director, Care Experience CoE . Reporting the SVP Clinical Practice Integration/CNE, this role will drive organizational patient experience strategies with a focus on innovation and excellence. Responsibilities Facilitates the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives. Provides subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals. Responsible for overseeing and leading the strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives that promote patient and consumer-centered best practices across the System. Administers services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally. Partners with leaders to establish annual care experience goals and objectives. Facilitates Communities of Practice and system workgroups. Establishes customer service standards for St.
Luke’s Health System by developing subject matter experts (SME) and local champions to support and reinforce excellence. Identify high-priority care experience initiatives and promote a culture of patient- and family-centered care. Create and communicate standard care experience dashboards, establish and maintain presence on The Source or other System communication platforms. Lead the design and delivery of patient education in partnership with operational and clinical informatics leaders. Represents SLHS in interactions with external regulatory bodies, national groups, etc. Identifies opportunities for innovation. Participates in the development of long-range plans which support the system’s philosophy, strategic directive and general objectives. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
