SALARY: $18.94 to 23.65 + per hour, the posted hourly range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. BENEFITS: RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution. A hybrid work model with remote flexibility is also available for eligible positions. Primary Purpose The Program Coordinator for the DNAP Program will provide high-level administrative support to the program director and coordinate program activities to ensure its efficient and effective operation. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and will be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet the program’s needs.
Essential Job Functions
Provide administrative support to the program director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate program activities, including admissions, student registration, and program evaluation.
Assist with developing and maintaining program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files, program statistics, and budget reports.
Provide logistical support for program events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Assist with developing and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies for the program.
Serve as a liaison between the program and other departments, institutions, and organizations.
Manage program budgets and expenditures.
Provide excellent customer service to program stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in a related field.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
experience in healthcare provider education, ideally a nursing school
