Schedule:   Full-Time, Monday – Friday The role you’ll contribute: The Quality Program Sr. Analyst provides support for the assigned applications ensuring effective, high quality, timely and customer focused Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Problem Management processes and new initiative implementation. This role supports application analysts and customers in incident resolution as it relates to end user workflow leveraging extensive knowledge of Hospital and Ambulatory operations to assess clinical impacts, assess clinical risks, design clinical decision support and serve as primary subject matter expert on government specified measures. The Quality Program Sr. Analyst has the ability to analyze and understand business problems, and the knowledge to make solution recommendations that meet the organizational goals of maintaining clinical and business systems that support providers in improving patient care quality.

The Quality Program Sr. Analyst builds and maintains effective collaborative relationships with internal teams, external teams, vendors, physicians, clinicians and customers (including CIN and EHR leadership across the enterprise). The value you’ll bring to the team: Demonstrates proficient knowledge in the following application(s): Assigned modules within Healthy Planet suite Leads Quality Measure program development and execution: Subject matter expert on HEDIS, ACO, PCF, and MIPS denominators / numerators / exclusions for eligible clinicians. Coordinate efforts between IT, 3rd parties, and business operations for quality program development. Coordinate quality program application testing events Coordination of 3rd party data integration into Epic with focus on quality reporting outcomes. Build My Panel Metrics (MPM) in Epic Intermediate knowledge of Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) and Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) Score attribution New workflow validation as it relates to implemented measures and creates quality measures tip sheets / training guides. Displays understanding of quality reporting functionality (e. g. , to providers and CMS) Identify data elements that supports measure closure for data extracts / reports Intermediate understanding of eCQM quality reporting in Epic Participates in all customer support duties related to Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Problem Management processes and new initiative implementation. May mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed.

Works within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical and business needs. Plans, designs, implements, maintains, and provides ongoing optimization and support for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other related clinical applications as it relates to Population Health. Performs workflow assessments, captures business needs, and analyzes internal systems to determine functional requirements. Subject matter expert with additional experience and/or education in field. Conducts highly complex work critical to the organization. Works without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment. May assist less experienced peers. Typically requires 10 to 14 years’ experience or equivalent education. Review reports /monitors data and outcome measures to evaluate user adoption of current and newly implemented systems and functionality. Knowledgably assesses data in relation to processes to improve clinical outcomes and IT system changes.

Serves as liaison to vendors for Level 3 Support as necessary. Assesses customer workflows related to reported incidents determining the clinical and business impacts, determining risks related to system incidents, and specifying solutions. Participates in application upgrades ensuring completion of necessary system configuration and user training. Provides end user training as necessary (new entities and or optimization training as necessary).                   Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Degree in Nursing Licensed Registered Nurse Five years of equivalent experience as a registered nurse Epic Healthy Planet certification or obtained within 6 months of hire Epic Quality Measure badge or obtained within 3 months from certification Master level knowledge in implementing and maintaining quality measure programs 3 years or more of experience in informatics with a focus on quality measure programs This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
