Schedule:   Full Time The role you’ll contribute: The ERP IT Security Engineer analyzes and seeks to improve team processes and functions through automation, data validation and reporting. It has the opportunity to design and build tools to assist in access control administration and perform security code reviews with enterprise level, mission critical applications, with a focus in enterprise resource planning, in order to assure the availability, confidentiality and integrity of those systems. It is responsible for understanding and applying technology tools, systems, policies, standards and processes to ensure the protection of AdventHealth System data assets, Protected Health Information (PHI) and all forms of personally identifiable information (PII) in compliance with Federal and State Regulations.   Opportunities to represent the team in meetings and projects as a leader is expected of those in this position and is expected to be a visible spokesperson for application security and controls, charged with gaining widespread support of and compliance with application security requirements. They will guide and lead the organization in access control best practices and knowledgeable to direct individuals to the right areas for compliance on proper security standards in areas outside of access control.

  The value you’ll bring to the team: Identification and evaluation of complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.   Perform periodic code analysis/review to ensure industry recognized standards are followed and security vulnerabilities and risks are mitigated. Apply standard procedures in coding to ensure that all system users are properly identified and information/application access is provisioned based on the respective user’s job role and comply with minimum need to know and least privileged. Work directly with the user community, information technology and security teams to support and troubleshoot enterprise level, mission critical applications with industry standard service management and enterprise resource planning support tools to ensure a secure, positive and consistent user experience. Assist in ensuring enterprise level application development is in compliance with corporate and industry recognized standards. Process analytics, automation, improvement and development. Lead development enhancements, changes and projects of all levels of complexity from beginning to end under general supervision and ensure success. Ability to receive calls and text messages 24 hours a day, seven days a week on a rotated basis to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Ability to estimate level of effort, duration and cost with anticipating and communicating multiple priorities. Travel occasionally to facilities to support and ensure successful project implementations.

Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (. NET Framework, JAVA, C#, C++ or similar) Expert knowledge of SQL (queries and scripts), stored procedures, tuning and debugging Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and Web Services Expert knowledge of Windows Presentation Foundation Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 development (Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook) Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Interaction HUB, CRM, and/or equivalent major ERP System Ability to support multiple enterprise security platforms Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic “can do” attitude Ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to quickly learn systems and processes with little to no documentation Continuous learning and pushing oneself for personal growth Excellent change management skills including troubleshooting, testing and quality assurance Fundamental project management skills for projects of all levels of complexity Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to apply governance rules to access controls Expert data validation techniques Ability to work well with people of a varying level of technical abilities Working knowledge of Human Resources, Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes in the health care industry   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: Advanced knowledge of cross platform mobile development Expert knowledge of at least one of the on-premises PeopleSoft Suite applications or other major cloud-based ERP System security Expert skills in risk assessment and reporting design vulnerabilities Expert skills in reading, writing and developing in PeopleCode or equivalent cloud-based ERP System Advanced skills with complex systems and use of Software Development Lifecycle methodology Advanced knowledge of methods of access control to applications; role-based, attribute-based and management of exceptions  Knowledge of Workforce EmpCenter, Kronos or other time and attendance system security   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4+ year college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area 3+ years’ experience in software design and architecture 3+ years’ experience in object-oriented programming 3+ years’ experience in Web Development/Web Services/Windows Presentation Foundation 3+ years’ experience in Database Development SQL Server/Oracle 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Windows 7 or newer and Office 2010 or newer 3+ years’ experience in software design and architecture 3+ years’ experience in meeting with customers and vendors to gather product requirements   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 5+ years’ experience in at least one of the Oracle PeopleSoft Suite applications or other equivalent cloud-based ERP systems 5+ years’ experience in object-oriented programming 5+ years’ experience in software design and architecture 5+ years’ experience in Web DevelopmentWeb Services WPF 5+ years’ Database Development SQL ServerOracle 5+ years’ experience creating, executing and troubleshooting complex integration and automated processes 1+ years’ experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 1+ years’ experience in the Hyperion suite of applications   LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED: CompTIA Security+ CISSP CISA MSCD MCPD   This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
