EOE Position Information: The Event Coordinator provides administrative support and special assistance for the daily operations, educational programs, meetings and special events held in the Andrews Conference Center and Heart Center Conference Center. Responsible for scheduling events and providing audiovisual support services to facilitate programs. Experience Requirements: 2 Years Program Development And Information Technology – Audio Visual Required – In Healthcare Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And Associate’s Degree Preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable Hours of Work: Evenings/weekends Weekend Requirements: As Needed Call Requirements: None
