EOE Position Information: The Executive Office Coordinator provides advanced and diversified administrative support to executive leadership. Routinely handles confidential, sensitive, and timely information exercising discretion. Independently prepares meeting agendas, memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, and performs a variety of non-routine assignments. Coordinates busy and shifting office calendars including coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and conferences. Attends meetings to record, prepare, and distribute minutes and reports.

Screens and prioritizes incoming visitors, correspondence and telephone calls. Ensures efficient and organized office operations and maintains files and records. Coordinates business travel and tracks expenses. Experience Requirements: 3 Years Administrative Required – And 5 Years Administrative In Healthcare – Acute Care Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And Associate’s Degree Secretarial Science Preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Weekend Requirements: No Weekends Call Requirements: None
