FTE: 1. 0, Shift: Day Schedule: Day Shifts Position Summary Position provides full time dedicated leadership for Facilities Services to the Deaconess Hospital campus, Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) and Deaconess managed clinic facilities on and off campus. Leads and is responsible for the Engineers (Building Infrastructure), Maintenance (Refresh Projects) and the Central Utilities Plant (Operating Engineers). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience that is considered equivalent by HP is acceptable Minimum seven (7) years of experience directly in an acute healthcare setting Solid knowledge of healthcare infrastructure, systems and equipment Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience of 10 or more staff members Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we’ll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.
