Job Description

As the fashion projects manager, you will ensure projects are executed on time, in budget, and within scope. You will act as the lead
liaison between creative direction, events, and the Savannah fashion and accessory departments and will be responsible for all events and
logistics, supporting both the jury and runway fashion show and/or digital runway show. The manager oversees the StyleLab mentor program,
the Fashion Resource Library space, student employees, and serves as building manager for Eckburg Hall and Number Nine.

As the
fashion projects manager, you will be the point person for the PR and visual media teams and for external hires, oversee new initiatives,
and manage student works on loan. In this position, you will perform all model coordinating duties, receive and gather information to
distribute to academic services, and receive final submission for confirmation mandatory requirements. Additionally, as the manager, you are
responsible for conducting research and extending invitations for StyleLab mentors, supporting the setup of department visual components,
and assisting faculty.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related
    experience and/or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong communication skills with advanced knowledge of fashion
    industry
  • Sensibility for style and aesthetic in visual presentations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking,
    time management, and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to organize a large volume of
    logistical details across client groups
  • Valid driver’s license

Travel Required: Less than
10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and
