Schedule: Full Time Shift : Day Location: 2350 Meadows Blvd. , Castle Rock, CO, 80109 The community you’ll be caring for: Our comprehensive medical teams deliver remarkable care, high-quality outcomes, and unparalleled patient satisfaction among a wide variety of medical specialties, services, and programs. 90 beds, Emergency Department 12 bed State-of-the-art cardiac and interventional radiology technology to support 24/7 treatment of cardiac and bleeding emergencies The Center for Rehabilitation is a one-stop-shop for physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology Board-certified emergency physicians, specialty trained emergency nurses, trauma-trained surgeons, orthopedists and anesthesiologists. The role you’ll contribute: The Financial Analyst applies technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide timely information to executives and leadership (other corporate departments and facilities). This person demonstrates competences in decision support and reporting through converting raw data into useful and actionable information.
This person is responsible for compiling and analyzing data as well as for creating meaningful applications to support executive decision making. Character traits include: strong work ethic, trainability, communicative, and team player with a positive “can do” attitude. The value you’ll bring to the team: Reconciles and validates monthly financial and statistical data. Effectively creates dynamic and sustainable reporting solutions using computer software to support management decision making Supports business intelligence initiatives by providing business insights and generating ideas for how to synthesize data to aide departmental online dashboard development. Effectively creates dynamic and sustainable reporting solutions using computer software to support management decision making. Maintains thorough and appropriate electronic documentation to instruct others on how to utilize, run, or replicate reports. Provides financial information and/or analysis for ad-hoc financial reports or decision support needs Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required : Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance, Management Information Systems, or related Preferred : 1-3+ years of healthcare finance experience. 2-4 years of business-related experience.
