The Education and Testing Coordinator position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.

As a Full-Time Classified Education and Testing Coordinator, you will be located at Wolf Creek Job Corps (WCJC), approximately eleven miles from Glide, Oregon. The Education and Testing Coordinator supports the success of Umpqua Community College’s (UCC) education program at WCJC. The Education and Testing Coordinator ensures the program meets all requirements for assessment and data tracking. The position also supports the efforts of instructional faculty in registering and scheduling students; tracking progress and attendance; and providing assistance to students, staff, and instructors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or another related field; or associate degree and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, Internet, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as job is in a remote location.
  • Able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and pass criminal background check.

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

  • Two years of office management or similar experience.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting data.
  • Experience working with underrepresented young adults.
