Practice Opportunity Details Include: Motility training or experience required All services for Gastroenterology and Colon-Rectal surgeons are provided seamlessly in our new, centrally-located, state-of-the-art 10-suite Digestive Health Center which includes exam rooms, preparation and recovery bays, procedural rooms and space for research Carle Foundation Hospital and the Carle Cancer Center are adjacent to the Digestive Health Center Carle Foundation Hospital has been recognized as One of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Gastrointestinal Care™ for 3 years in a row by Healthgrades Motility services provided include esophageal and anorectal Well-developed Interventional program and close collaboration with other academic institutions for liver transplant patients Outpatient GI physicians cover 12 weeks of call throughout the year that is split amongst the group Enjoy individual clinical autonomy combined with the efficiency of a financially-sound and innovative multispecialty group practice Carle participates in digestive clinical trials and is one of six facilities in IL to perform double balloon enteroscopies Team of seven Gastroenterologists and seven APPs supporting outpatient elective practice GI Hospitalist service with two Gastroenterologists supported by five APPs managing the inpatient service Excellent and experienced nursing staff, nurse navigator, and dietitian onsite Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
