Responsibilities
- Team and individual performance monitoring and improvement and performing weekly 1:1s.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the KYC analysts in gathering data and supporting documents regarding clients from a range of independent data sources
- Ensure periodic evaluations are triggered within required timeframes
- Undertake transaction monitoring
- Support the KYC analysts, providing training and coaching as needed
- Act as an escalation point for issues that may require Compliance and other relevant parties
- Monitor and track outstanding cases to make sure cases are completed within set target dates, escalating where appropriate to the client team
- Ensure standard policies and procedures are adhered to
- Work to deliver KPIs and SLAs, escalating proactively targets at the risk
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- A self-motivated, confident, and resilient nature
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience within Financial Services industry within AML/KYC function preferable
- Experience as Team Lead or Manager desirable but not required
- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in Share Plan or similar industry desirable but not required
