During the 2-year program you will be trained on the below mentioned tasks:
Install, inspect, start-up, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Perform routine maintenance of the hardware and software.
Ensure the quality of the activities is carried out as per Company standards.
Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.
Promotes products, services and other activities to the customers.
Ensure the required transparency and efficient customer service and support.
Ensures that client data in CRM is up to date.
Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.
Storage and labelling for equipments and supplies.
Ensuring smooth workflow by following production planning.
Maintain the safety standards within the workspace.
Carry out basic machine maintenance.
Any other related tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automation Engineering.
0 – 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
Good communication skills in English and Hausa.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge in food safety.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and in international engineering teams.
Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing support to the customer.
Willingness to travel.
