Fort Collins, Colorado, Make Extraordinary Possible UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BC/BE full-time Child/Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist to care for patients in Fort Collins, CO. Join our expanding program will a full spectrum of behavioral health services and a group of over 1500 providers within our physician-led multi-specialty group. Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of child and adolescent patients admitted to the inpatient unit.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and social workers.
* Provide evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
* Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate and support them in understanding the child’s mental health condition and treatment.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions. Position Highlights

* Inpatient services at Mountain Crest will move to a thoughtfully designed Behavioral Health unit at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins. The new unit will include biophilic design principles, an inviting outdoor courtyard, and patient-centered and trauma-informed design focused on patient safety and a therapeutic milieu

* The pay range for this full-time position is $274,500 – $305,000 /annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
* Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
