Schedule:   Full Time The role you’ll contribute: The Security Engineer – Intermediate is a key resource supporting the implementation and delivery of security services that provide for the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of AdventHealth (ADH) information assets.   The engineer will implement, administer and optimize security platforms and must be comfortable in a fast-pace enterprise environment.   This position will require effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders including Security Operations, Risk Management and Information Assurance.   The intermediate engineer will mentor associate-level engineers.   The value you’ll bring to the team: ·          Implement and optimize security platforms and services in dynamic enterprise environment ·          Delivery of security technology services throughout their lifecycle including Antivirus/AntiMalware, DLP, Vulnerability Management, SIEM and other critical security technologies ·          Maintain expertise on two or more key security technologies ·          Provide reporting on effectiveness of the security service delivery through dashboards, metrics, and other methods ·          Provide for the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of ADH Information Assets ·          Collaborate with stakeholders including Security Operations, Risk Management and Technology Infrastructure teams Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :   ·          Technical knowledge of complex enterprise environments ·          Proficiency in implementing complex enterprise applications, infrastructures, platforms and systems ·          Knowledge and application of information security principles and practices ·          Understanding of the threat landscape facing enterprise healthcare ·          Knowledge of data security frameworks in Healthcare ·          Familiarity with security incident response processes   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:   ·          Regulatory compliance in Healthcare ·          Understanding of enterprise data center operations ·          Understanding of enterprise endpoint operations ·          Understanding of the business   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ·          5+ years of experience in information technology   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: ·          Bachelor’s degree ·          One year of experience in Information Security ·            LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:   ·          One or more Industry recognized technology certifications that demonstrate in-depth technical capability ·          Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) ·          SECURITY+ or equivalent certification ·          Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) ·          Global Information Assurance Certification – General Security (GSEC) ·          ITIL Certification ·          Global Information Assurance Certification – General Security (GSEC) ·          ITIL Certification This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
