provide oversight of the front desk and boutique operations, assist the operations manager with onboarding and training, and ensure that
opening and closing procedures are followed in accordance with museum protocols. Additional responsibilities may be
assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of experience leading and developing teams
- Strong
presentation skills - Ability to lead tours.
- Ability to follow guidelines.
- English proficiency
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly
preferred - Prior museum or gallery experience
- Interest in fashion and film
- Ability to supervise
groups - Passion for employee training and development
- Works well with the public
Travel Required:
Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including
weekends and evenings.
