Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• Supporting new plant warehouse and logistic center design incl. layout, corresponding automation devices needed, efficiency improvement etc. Define logistic line feeding method incl. delivery frequency, batch size, vehicle uses, routine, WIP container, picking stations and containers.

• Familiar with various container used, plastic case, wooden box, carton box etc and packing material, as well as general packing standard, support other department to implement packing related improvement and cost saving projects.

• Responsible of maintain and updating PFEP data with collaboration of other functional departments.

• Involvement of new product related logistic planning project, incl. verification of demand, define solution, technical requirement generation, clarification with supplier, track implementation status and action execution.

• Logistic related procedure and SOP documents creation, as well as training of production and logistic staffs.

• Set up document database of logistic planning, incl CAD file, lessons learned, best practice, tools usage, methodology and standard etc. Bring more and more advanced logistic new concept and tools, introduction and implement on plant level.

• Other tasks assigned by the project manager.

  1. 支持新工厂的仓库及物流中心布局,对相关制造自动化,运作能力提升等进行规划；对物流运作模式及物流配送网络进行规划和设计,负责制定物料到生产线的物流配送方案,包括发货频次,最小经济批量,车辆,路线,内部周转包装,拣选工作站,工位器具等的设计；
  2. 了解物流器具,塑箱,围板箱,纸箱等各类包装及辅材,对包装标准有一定的了解,支持相关部门开展包装方面的优化和降本项目.
  3. 与工厂内各部门写作完成 PFEP 的建立与维护.
  4. 参与新产品项目物流导入工作,包括需求调研,方案设计,技术文档编写,方案交流,项目进度实施跟踪等.
  5. 流程, SOP 的撰写与培训,落地 .
  6. 搭建物流规划应用的知识库,包括 cad ,lessons learn , best practice ,工具,方法及标准等,通过不断引入先进的物流方法和工具,并在工厂内进行实施和推广
  7. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作.

Main Requirements 主要职位要求

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in logistic and supply chain management, IE, Automation etc.;

• Be familiar with Office. Good PPT skill and be familiar with Auto CAD is a must.

• At least 3 years working experiences with hands on practice of automatic warehouse & logistic planning projects implementation incl AS/RS(stacker/Multi-shuttle), various AGV, packing line or robot packing etc; Working in automotive industry is a merit.

• Familiar with SAP,MES, WMS software, experience with function design is a merit. Good at data analysis.

• Fluent in verbal and written English, experience in multi-national company is a merit;

• Good team spirit and communication skills, can work under pressure.

  • 本科以上学历,物流工程,物流管理,自动化,工业工程等相关专业
  • 熟练使用 office 办公软件.擅长 PPT 报告和 CAD 绘图(布局设计).
  • 三年以上的自动仓储及物流配送相关工作经验,自动立体库(堆垛机或者四向车方式),各种 AGV ,自动包装线或者机械臂自动装箱等；整车厂或者汽车零部件行业相关工作经验优先录取
  • 熟练使用 SAP,MES, WMS 的经验,有参与 WMS/MES 软件功能设计的经验优先录取；良好的数据分析能力.
  • 英语熟 练, 有跨国企业工作经验最佳.
  • 良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力,可以承担一定的工作压力.
