Job Details
We are currently looking for a driven and hardworking sales person to join a growing sales team. The team has a focus on growing the Salesforce for Marketing business in the market across all industry verticals. The accounts are approached with defined customer journeys.
As an account executive, you will drive business opportunities through the end to end sales cycle engaging with senior business and IT executives within the assigned customer base. Your main focus will be to lead existing and acquire, new customers.You will be working in a fast paced, innovative and growing environment.
Your Impact:
You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions using Marketing Cloud that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
What we look for
- Enterprise software solutions/SaaS sales experience and/or Digital Marketing background
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Demonstrable track achievement against targets and metrics
- Strong consultative selling experience and solid prospecting skills
- Extensive experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry to commercial customers.
- Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills – comfortable with CxO level engagements.
- Validated consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Experience with driving strategy and a vision for the customer’s future.
- Continuously seeking innovation – innovative mentality and entrepreneurial approach.
- Able to work within a matrix model, both internally and externally
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, German, Italian or Spanish
