Oakhurst/NJ/USA, Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate for the Atlantic Medical Group Endocrinology at Oakhurts. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred. Computer literacy essential. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Strong customer service skills a must. Selected candidate will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones Checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record Processing medical records releases and other administrative duties as assigned.
