Grand Rapids, Michigan, OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Mercy Health Physician Partners is seeking a full-time Movement Disorders Physician to join our Mercy Health Hauenstein Neurosciences team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mercy Health Hauenstein Neurosciences’ team of medical experts provides accurate diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease and essential tremor. Our treatment model focuses on the use of pharmacology and non-surgical methods. If surgery is required, our experts are highly experienced in surgical insertion and programming of deep brain stimulation. In addition, we’ve been a research partner to both Michigan State University and the Van Andel Research Institute, helping infuse research and technology into our care. A fellowship in Movement Disorders is required. Physicians must be board certified or board eligible in their specialty and will become board certified within two years of becoming board eligible; hold State of Michigan and DEA licenses; and hold ACLS and BLS certifications.
