LEADERSHIP PROFILE & POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, OHIO Online Enrollment, the enrollment advisor represents the University to a wide variety of constituents, including
prospective students and their families, secondary and postsecondary school personnel, community-based organizations, and other individuals
or organizations involved in the college selection process. Coordinates and contributes to the success of initiatives designed to identify,
attract, admit, and enroll students in Ohio University’s undergraduate online programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Counseling and Advising on Admissions and Enrollment Processes:
The primary objective of the OHIO Online Enrollment Advisor will facilitate prospective students through
the admissions process for OHIO online programs. The Enrollment Advisor will conduct outreach with prospective
students to gauge eligibility and interest for OHIO online programs, build and manage active pipeline of leads,
communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, emails and other forms of communication and utilize database tools to efficiently
track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads.

Communicates OHIO’s values, benefits and differentiating
features to prospective students. Listens, probes, recognizes and considers prospective students’ needs to determine which OHIO program is the best fit. Executes a recruitment plan designed to encourage, support, and guide prospective
students through the application process for the desired program. Maintains consistent contact with current and prospective students,
providing the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders. Meets daily efficiency metrics and achieves enrollment targets
assigned per program. Advisors will communicate quality of leads and program updates for appropriate cross-functional and internal team
members.

Evaluation of Admissions Materials: Advisors conduct thorough, holistic, selective review of
an applicant’s candidacy. Determine necessary documentation to support an admission decision and recommends appropriate alternative
pathways when admission cannot be offered.

Collaboration with University Partners: OHIO is committed to collaborative success throughout the University. Therefore, advisors serve as liaisons to an
assigned academic and/or administrative unit to facilitate integrated recruitment and admission functions and resolve issues of competing
priorities. To supports these relationships, advisors monitor progress toward recruitment, admission, or yield targets for assigned
academic programs or populations, and proposes action or adjustments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field by start date, ability to travel
independently, and at least one year of experience, which may be attributed to a combination of related paid employment, related student
employment, relevant internships, and, in some cases, relevant experiential learning with appropriate
documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates living in Ohio
or within a surrounding region. Candidates with a master’s degree are strongly preferred, but not required. OHIO

Pay Rate: Based on extensive
benchmarking data, the OHIO Online Enrollment Advisor position is mapped to Pay Grade CA&P 14 at OHIO, with a target hiring range of
$36,279-$40,788. The exact base salary for the selected candidate will be negotiable, commensurate with education and experience, and
competitive in the field within the context of similarly situated positions at public universities nationally.
