Job Responsibilities
Under
the general supervision of the PBI ACE Grant Director, provides assistance to students. Assists students with logging into myCCTC, finding
information in myCCTC, using DegreeWorks, and registering for classes. Assists students with navigating and using D2L Brightspace and using
D2L to complete coursework. Provides basic course assistance with entry-level courses. Connects students with BrainFuse, Writing Center,
Math Center, Infobase Cloud, and other academic support resources. Maintains student support records and submitting reports. Collects
student survey data on the value of the assistance.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate degree (not
a current CCTC student).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree and higher education and/or teaching
experience.
