EOE Position Information: The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for complete and accurate data collection associated with billing hospital claims. Ensures data collected allows for accurate claims processing. Assists with logging Insurance payor and patient correspondence mail. Experience in Healthcare setting, working knowledge of insurance and managed care industries required. Basic medical terminology, medical diagnosis and procedure code knowledge preferred.

Experience Requirements: 1 Year Accounting/Finance – Billing Required – And 3 Years Accounting/Finance – Billing Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And College Courses Preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable Hours of Work: Monday-Friday (hours to be determined) Weekend Requirements: No Weekends Call Requirements: None
