Job responsibilities
- Works independently as well as on a team, to produce performance/risk analytics at multiple levels
- Respond to client inquiries regarding performance/risk reporting; and participate in RFPs and client meetings as required
- Resolve issues relating to daily performance measurement and daily attribution
- Establish and maintain relationships with all key partners to help streamline the core operations processing through people, process & technology changes
- Partner with Product Development and Technology to help automate/streamline operations processes which enhance client experience and build scalability into the business
- Partner with Client Service to help change client behavior where required
- Interpret and write commentary on performance results; and calculate rates of return; as well as handle client reporting and prepare custom reports, ensuring accuracy and quality
Required qualifications, skills and cabalities
- Extensive experience working in a performance and/or accounting environment required
- BA/BS or equivalent preferably in business/finance or mathematics
- Excel proficiency
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be on a steep learning curve
- Must have a willingness to work on and learn new software applications
- Must have good communications skills and be a team player
- Attention to detail with demonstrated problem solving ability
Preferred qualifications, skills and cabalities
- Ability to manage to strict deadlines
- Familiarity with performance/risk applications and GIPS benchmark composition
- MBA, CFA, CIPM candidates
